I purchase and ego multitool hedge trimmer and was told to go online for the redemption of the bonus edge trimmer attachment as advertised. When I went to the total tools website a few days later the deal was gone! I emailed total tools about what happened and then received a call from the Manager a day later saying they will still honor the deal and to come in and pick up the bonus attachment. I've been to the store several times and it's always been busy, I've had no issue with customer service when approaching the front counter.

They have a wide enough range of brands and tools. It's just a shame that the staff almost run away from you and leave you standing all alone in the aisle when you want to ask questions and make a.quick purchase. The first time I tried this store, I had to go fetch somebody from the front counter to get some service, when I did, they were pretty decent and I purchased a few Makita tools. My second and probably last visit there, I just gave up and walked out of the store. Just no interest in serving their customers.

Amazing service from the staff! They went above and beyond to help me out! Much better service than other stores in the area! Being new to the area I tried to find what I needed and these guys were the only ones willing to help. Great prices on stocked items, with a massive range and friendly helpful staff - I won’t bother going anywhere else!
