I went there a couple months ago... extremely rude young lady at the front counter. No manners, rude, talked over the top of me and play on her phone whilst I was there... where are her manners... disgusting!
Just enquired with their customer service. It supports the negative reviews already posted about this company.

I have a Samsung fridge that I'm having lots of problems with. They organised Tech 1 to do repairs. Tech 1 rang me last week and informed me a technician would be coming today. I was told I would get a call day before to set specific time. I had to to ring Tech 1 myself yesterday as I had heard nothing. I was told I would get a call between 8 and 9am this morning regarding time. I am a single mother of a child with special needs, on a very low income and can only do relief teaching. I was called this morning just after 8am to teach at a nearby school and turned down the opportunity to work. I have just called Tech 1 only to be told parts have not arrived and they won't be coming today. Tech 1 have cost me almost 400 in income, which I desperately need!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will now have to not accept work on another day when parts have arrived. I only get paid days I work. I am so distressed at the moment. Shame on you Tech 1.
