First time using these guys. Had a 17 inch Metabox that I struggled to find screen repairs in my area up north, so decided to try a more “metabox” laptop specialist. Did not disappoint! Had to have the parts ordered in but overall took within a week. Screen was replaced perfectly. Very impressed with the service and highly recommend.

Deserve 0 stars. 9 months on and Try Terra popped up on my maps history with more negative feedback. After I left my first review a very abusive message was left on my phone which I recorded, shared and sent to the the local Police Station in Bonbeach. I still have it if anyone wants to listen to it...its rather entertaining and the language quite colourful....a true reflection of Try Terra. It also appears Try Terror have 2 different pages of reviews. Google to find more neg feedback and other reviews. Customers beware.
Joel was so helpful to me the other day, he did an amazing job of putting files on usb which i had not a clue how to do. He was the the ONLY person who was so willing and able to help me, the job was too difficult for anyone else and for that very reason we will be sure to return. Our past dealings with these guys were just as fantastic! Highly recommend them so TRY TERRA, you'll not be dissapointed

We have been looking for a really good local computer technician. With TryTerra we have at last, found a business that has competent, qualified, customer-focused staff. Over the past couple of weeks our high expectations of service quality have been exceeded more than once with TryTerra. First, Adam at TryTerra completed a complex hardware and software upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10. This included detailed customisation of the software environment, including integration of 3 different web-mail system with our Outlook client. This work has resulted in us moving to Win 10 with minimal learning curve. TryTerra is co-located with Big Box Computers and Joel was able to source an upgrade to Office 2016 Home & Bus very cheaply. Also worth noting is that TryTerra offers a discount to first time customers. Our 2nd encounter with TryTerra was when our Allin1 desktop blew it's motherboard while preparing a presentation to be given in a couple of days. We took it to TryTerra in the morning and by 5pm Adam had done diagnosis and data recovery for under 100 which was outstanding value and efficiency. It is a relief to finally find an IT support business of this calibre. They also support business customers and offer enterprise solutions which means they really stay on top of their game." A pleasant experience from start to finish. The professional team at TryTerra have extensive knowledge of Macs and PC's. I was advised several repair/upgrading options and all was explained in great detail! Great warranties offered on replacement parts also.
They fixed my computer, it is so fast now, unbelievable!!! They even installed my missing copy of Microsoft office and antivirus. I didn't have do to anything it was all done. Thanks for the great service! Luke.
Prompt and excellent service here. Had very minor water damage to my laptop and was very impressed by the young man who patiently went through all my options depending on best or worst case scenario. Fortunately nothing major wrong but really appreciated the help I received.
