Would not trust the appliances lasting very long at all. Got a washing machine that just lasted over the warranty they give. Balance brick fell off from worn attachment posts, unable to be re-attached as the posts are too worn. Tell me they were not terribly worn before purshase .No help on return but to take 50 off another washer. Come on that's not very Australian in these tough times. Don't go there.

Went in to buy a washer, a lady came out looked at us and went back into the back room. Called out hello a couple of times. No service. So went elsewhere and bought a washer. They missed out on cause of very poor service

Great range. All stock meticulously cleaned. The delivery team were terrific- took great care bring chunky white goods through hallways, set everything up and testing before leaving.

Fridge broke after 6 months. They charged for a call out fee just to tell me they’d sold me a broken fridge and no refund offered. Under Australian consumer law they are required to provide a refund (their 3 month warrantee doesn’t mean anything under Australian consumer law) so I will be following up.

We bought two fridges and a washing machine from this place; none of it worked as it should. All stopped working within six months of purchase. When the first fridge stopped working within 2 months of purchase, the guy tried to charge us 100 just to have someone come look at it
