I was impressed by the level of customer service in Pushys... Not pushy at all(!) very friendly and knowledgeable. The staff I dealt with answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. My 20 year old bike which was in for a service, came back looking brand new and performing perfectly. The prices certainly aren't the cheapest, but I will most certainly return back in the future.

Ordered from this shop Crank Brothers Flat Pedal MTB Shoes. They delivered as promised, next business day. No fuzz, just good customer service. The shoes itself, Crank Brothers Stamp Flat pedal shoes is great, very comfy and really "stamps" itself on my pedal. Another great product from Crank Brothers:)
Ordered from the online store. Item was sitting processing for a day so I emailed their support and asked if I could get this processed and shipped before the weekend. Support was very helpful and even upgraded my shipping to express. The item arrived today, so ready to ride this weekend!
Good range of products, service and advice. Got two of my bikes serviced here last week and they did a great job. I also got some very useful advice and guidance.
Really good service from one of their younger staff members who helped us out with information about a bike for our young daughter. Huge selection of bikes already put together as well making it easy to pick something up on the day if desired. Heaps of car parking available behind the shop as well, makes for a great space to try out riding a bike as well!!! I dropped one star as the first staff member we spoke to admitted he didn’t understand kids bikes and we have to wait 10’minutes for the next staff member (who was excellent)!!!
Great customer service. Super fast to reply to messages and sorted out an issue I had with a product withing 24hrs.
Very unhappy with my experience here. I received three unusable products off the shelves; a handlebar bag missing the mount, a dual nozzle pump that wouldn't pump presta, and a torn set of padded bike shorts. Furthermore, when I called ahead to ask about a test ride, and specifically asked if I could take the bike on road, I was told no problem. But when I got to the shop, I was told that's against store policy. Don't be mislead by the big bustling shop floor, they have no quality control of their inventory, and the staff don't know their own policy.
Very impressed with the service provided by Pushys. They went over and above what was needed to ensure we had what we needed for our trip. Refreshing to see such a great example of excellent customer service in action. Thanks Courtney :)
