"Hidden treasure" is the perfect word to describe this cafe. It's tucked away at the end of parking space, but once inside decoration is interesting and atmosphere is relaxing. There is a lovely leafy outdoor area too. Food they have is so unique with unusual combinations, which I have never seen in other cafes before. Their adventurous match making in flavours creatively works! I was too busy enjoying my breakfast "What comes first" and didn't even take photos. Additionally, staff are attentive, friendly, and exceptionally hospitable. Coffee was excellent. I will definitely go back soon.

Just simply incredible. I'll admit I'd never heard of this place until my brother tugged the wheel driving past and pulled us in. I was blown away by the interesting and diverse menu, which is amazing for gluten free and vegan requirements might I add. The Pork Belly Hash was like nothing I'd ever had before and my brother was raving about the roasted cauliflower dish. On top of that the service and decor was super. Will be making many more breakfast trips especially!
This is my new hot spot to eat in freo. The owner has created a fun, relaxed vibe with honestly the best fusion Indian food. Great service, portions are so good but the flavours were just amazing. The deconstructed samosa was incredible. We will be back very soon.
We stumbled across Funkee Monkee while looking for lunch before a concert at Fremantle Arts Centre and were very pleasantly surprised. Menu was amazing, staff super friendly and food was sensational but it was the decor that drew us in initially. Will definitely be going back.
This place exceeded our expectations, very happy we found this hidden gem for my husband’s birthday!!!
Great vibe, amazing flavours, well cooked everytime, food with a bit of an Indian twist without being overpowering, we keep going back.
