Excellent location, the facilities are very nice and modern, excellent wifi, nice bathrooms and kitchen, the rooms are pretty, the vibe is nice! I needed a hostel to stay overnight in Cairns on my days off from my work on Fitzroy Island to relax and rest, so I really appreciate it that is not a “party hostel” and most people seem to respect that too. Kyle the manager was always very nice and helpful every time we requested something. 100% recommended!!!

Centrally located in the centre of cairns close to all clubs, restaurants and reef terminal. The awesome team there led by Kyle and Cassie went above and beyond the needs of any guest. Rooms were really clean and spacious with comfortable mattress. Great shower facilities massive balcony to lounge on and easily the best equipped hostel kitchen I’ve been to.
The staff were amazing and fun especially Cole and Sasha! It was a chilled atmosphere which i liked, its a good location to stay at right in town and walking distance to everything! I will definitely be back!
I found the check in and check out really complicated. At first I wasn't found the entrance, then you get a lot of mails and after you get the inline check inn you still need to call to come inn, the check out you have to do also online and wasn't really clear. On the reception I had the feeling is never open. The room diden't hade a windo. The facilitys was ok.
Definitely a hostel with the level of hotel. Free towel, free good WiFi, free Netflix, free food, beautiful rooms and common areas, great showers and the body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Definitely the best hostel I have stayed at.
Probably the best hostel in Cairns, if you want something chilled, convenient, clean and fair priced
The location, rooms and staff are great. The two reasons it doesn't have 5 stars are the AC automatically turns off every 3hs even during the night and the men's toilet needs more cleaning. Considering cairns high temperature on summer the limit of 3hs should be extended, we had a very bad night because of this.
Great place to stay. Friendly staff, everything clean. Nice and quiet. Close to everything.
