I am a disabled business owner, i applied for the Council Grants to expand my business into a location after 6 years of hard work and commitment. I was denied that grant. I thought i would showcase my experience as an active business owner with a disability in Frankston Council area. I am however excited to see who was accepted for the grants.

I am a disabled artist living in the Frankston Community. I applied for the Creative PD grant. I was accepted and I then found out the funding didn't cover the courses needed to successfully transition into a new field, I withdrew my application, this is during COVID-19.

Frankston city council have always answered my requests, no issues with contacting them to have issues fixed. There shouldn’t be so many people providing the 1 star reviews when half the time the issue isn’t even council responsibility.

Great on line services. Have always had my issues resolved via phone also. Snap-Send-Solve is awesome! All my requests (graffiti and dumped rubbish) have bee taken care of by the next week. Thanks

Every time my family parks their cars on our street with parking permit clearly displayed we receive a fine. Then we have to go through the motion of apparently proving ourselves innocent and wasting hours of work time to rectify a problem not of our making. The council then says they can do nothing about it. I will be withholding rate payments(which have increased against a dropping house price market?)until this latest one is rectified. I should also penalise for lost work time that I have to invest.

I got a very unnecessary no standing zone parking ticket back in December and the sign was no where to be seen and was more then 20 meters away where my ute was parked. Wasn't in anyone's way, I park neatly, and not blocking any driveways. 165 originally but went up to nearly 200 overdue because I payed it through fines vic and somehow it still went through with the obligation number. They need to improve their system and be more specific next time on where to pay. Only good thing here I can say is they have good customer support thats about it. At the end of the day I should of testified this ticket in court but it's just not worth my time and its a lesson learned to never park at frankston bayside ever again.

Buyer beware The Frankston Council has taken Buyer Beware to a new level and made it more perilous to purchase a newly built property in their domain. You can no longer rely on the section 32-vendor statement to provide critical information such as a copy of the building permits with associated critical information. The council advises prospective buyers that they are not entitled to a copy of the building Permits and demands fees up to 140.00 for copies of unspecified documents.

They won't even bother giving a neighbor a warning due to cutting trees down in his backyard and as power tools are allowed from 7am aparently and his within his right to use them
