Spent a long time watching what these guys do and finally bit the bullet and joined and am so grateful I did. Tom Haynes has been amazing working on my lifts. Making progress every session. When correcting my movements and applying critique it’s always done positively and professionally, yet still having fun. Can not recommend these guys strongly enough!

In the beginning of 2018 I was referred to Kelly by a friend. Having that meeting with Kelly has literally changed my life and I am so grateful. Kelly’s knowledge in her field is second to none, but it’s not just how much she knows, it is how she applies that abundance of knowledge (of human anatomy and physiology) to improve the everyday health and fitness of individuals and clients. Kelly has the ability to hone in and pinpoint a client’s issue almost immediately and to provide an effective mechanism for treatment. Kelly’s ability to tailor her sessions specifically to suit each individual client is what sets her apart from her peers. She excels at helping clients with chronic pain get back to optimal health and movement through exceptional exercise rehabilitation.

I have been seeing Tom for almost 5 months now. Originally, I had been introduced to PerforMotion due to a lower back injury, and after just one session came to realise how professional and knowledgable the whole team was. Tom and Kelly are experts in their fields and use the most current evidence base practices which is a stand out due to how passionate they are about education and their clients needs. Not only have I been able to lift pain free under Tom as my coach, I have been following a programme for my first ever powerlifting competition that has allowed me to build strength and confidence under his guidance. I'm now pregnant, and doing work to ensure strength and stability through pregnancy and beyond. I have trained with both Kelly and Tom and both EP's are at the top of their game. The staff at PerforMotion are simple excellent. Kelly has built a fantastic team of intelligent, compassionate, motivated and caring individuals. Their coaching is exceptional, informative and easy to understand. If i have been unable to understand or do an exercise, all of the coaches have taken time out of their day to assist and make sure I am lifting in a healthy, happy and safe manner. The gym is always clean (including bathrooms), the equipment is well maintained. I could not recommend higher.

I started with Performotion in January 2020 after experiencing back pain when powerlifting and in day-to-day life.
