Has to have been the worst experience iv had a doctors surgery to date. Went in to get my ankle checked up. Got my referral and when trying to get the xray found out the form was never filled out. The doctor was also very submissive of any information I was trying to convey. Over all not a good place to go.

Susie and Linda are real life angels! Susie has done my daughters immunisations since she was born and has gone above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and that it’s a pleasant experience. These ladies have been amazing in their customer and medical service and will continue to go here for all of my babies for their needles!

I was thinking back today about the most terrible experience I've had with a doctor, and it was without a doubt this sorry excuse for a practice. Dismissed my severe sore throat as anything serious and sent me home with codeine. 2 days later I was in the ER having a peritonsillar abscess surgically drained. Avoid at all costs.

Dr Haque is a superb doctor who's conscientious, thorough and highly professional. He never rushes an appointment, always listen and provides you an opportunity to discuss what you think the issues may be. Highly recommended quality doctor.

Worst place to see a doctor. Waste of time. Waiting here since last one hour and still waiting......There are their known people or friends ir next door shop keepers going ahead and visiting without appointments and when I asked for the wait time the receptionist said there is someone else before you (there was no one in the waiting area). Guess what some lady (patient) walks in from the car and straight goes in. Never ever visit here and if you do please bring your laptop or ps4 so that you can play video games till you see doctor. And especially if you in pain please don’t come here

It was very busy and I waited an hour to see a Doctor. I did'nt mind the wait, but was upset Doctor Erfanul Haque rushed through my appointment. I left with questions unanswered as I did not get a chance to ask them.

There's a good reason this practice only has a 2.5 rating. If you could make an appointment elsewhere I highly recommend doing so. Why have time slots of you can't stick to them and pretty sure the doctor's use doctor Google!

Absolute waste of time and incredibly rude doctor (Dr Alam). Would not refer me to a specialist and asked inappropriate questions about my wife that had no relevance to my request. Now I need to go to another doctor to get the referral.
