What is the restocking fee? Is such a high fee a restocking fee? Is it possible to have no standards and no norms? 1. I bought it at the counter 2. It was a package of about 1 kg. 3 .They sent the wrong goods several times and then took them back a few days later (Do I also have to charge the goods supervision fee? And charge the storage fee?)
