We adopted two little girls, Pickles and Hunter on Sunday 01/03/2020. We received great service from Claire. Very caring and happy to answer any questions. The process was easy from start to finish. We lost our first cat Shadow only one month ago aged five. She became ill over night and couldn't be saved. We were devastated and cried for days, but now our hearts are happy again with Pickles and Hunter. They love their new home and have settled in extremely well and are getting on very well. It was love at first sight with these gorgeous girls and they have made our home happy again. They are always purring which I hope means they love us back. Thanks again Claire.
Covid restrictions, hard to say, friendly staff , very caring
I cannot believe how good the staff are at this place. When my cat Charlie was found injured and wandering they cared for him and liased with me so thoughtfully. Shoutout to Lloyd and Jess in particular, you guys are Angels ️
I delivered 6 healthy kittens to them, but when I followed up less than a week later was told they were destroyed, why, answer ringworm.GUTTED.
Thinking of adopting an animal? This is a good place to look. Even though there was not a suitable candidate for us on this visit the staff were great and did their best to make sure that the animals are paired with the best chance of compatibility.
