One of the worst experiences of my life, We stayed there with my girlfriend for 3 weeks, room 5 by the kitchen, there were cockroaches everywhere, even in our bed or inside the fridge, toilets unusable (despite a person is suppose to clean them every morning), 16 people sharing the house and some of them using drugs, being drunk, and we endured some episodes of violence and theft, police coming in to interrogate. We had to leave earlier giving a shorter notice(8days) because all that situation was unbearable, Finally, The manager, Irene Jackson, is a disaster, she didn't return us the Bond in full since we left earlier, in the Boarding house act laws there is no notice period for tenants, and she never gave us a contract.
