Experience was average, job cost increased once deposit secured. I was then passed over to contractors for scheduling of work and re-work. Customer satisfaction does not seem to be a priority for Spanline Newcastle.

I've had my patio extension for more than 10 years. During our east coast low weather systems I've had a leak. John has been fantastic in identifying the problem and offering a solution. Johns assistance is greatly appreciated. AND he provides excellent customer service. A shout to Matt as well who was extremely supportive when I called.
Second home addition done for us by spanline, third in our family and again couldn't fault the stellar result. Incredibly responsive and were able to move quickly to have it installed before christmas! The building team was great, came on time and had the job done very efficiently. We go with spanline everytime!
We've had a wonderful experience in the construction of our new screened gable patio. John and his Spanline team were great to work with. Patio was constructed in good time and is a quality addition to our home. We were lucky enough to have it completed before the torrential rain arrived and are extremely pleased with no leaks! Thanks for the great service.
We had a great experience - only a small job but delivered on time, on budget and exactly as sold - somewhat surprised to see some negative reviews - communication on our job was outstanding. Highly recommended.
