I had our outdoor blinds installed by Homeworx Australia recently. It was delivered on time, and installed as scheduled and as promised. The guys who installed our blinds definitely know their stuff, and even cleaned up after they finished the installation. Ravi and his team has done a great job! Highly recommended!

We moved into our new house in the second week of December and were desperate to have the blinds put up before Christmas. Spoke to at least 10 vendors and received quotes from 3. However, none of them were able to complete the job until middle or end of January. Somehow received a reference of Ravi through a friend who had used his services before and was happy with the job done. Not only did Ravi manage to get the job done right on time for Christmas but also got it done at a competitive rate. I'm absolutely satisfied with the work done and happy to recommend his company for any job pertaining to window blinds, plantation shutters, etc.

Highly Unprofessional Service. Scheduled an appointment at 11am on Saturday. Spoke to sales person Sunny on phone confirming the appointment 4 days in advance on Tuesday. I receive call at 10:57am (3 minutes before the scheduled appointment) which I happen to miss so he doesn't bother to show up. Later in the afternoon he calls again to reschedule as I didn't pick his call. On asking why he didn't show up at 11, he says I didn't pick the call so it would be waste of time waste for him. If this is how you treat your customers before doing business I wonder how your after sales support would be. Not doing business with you guys ever. UPDATE: 15 minutes after writing this review, I get a call from Sunny's manager Ravi. Initially I thought he is calling to understand my experience so far but to my shock these are the kind of words he uses "Hi I am Ravi, Sunny's manager, we have got close to 300 '5 star reviews' and your stupid review speaks about your character". I just shouted back at him and disconnected the call. Sorry for this long story but I thought customers should know about this.
