Came in for a quote. They were helpful but only had an installation date for 4 weeks later and I emphasised multiple times I needed it ASAP. Fine, no problem, I got the quote 3100 and said I’ll think about it. 2 days later I cancelled the measurement because I need carpet ASAP and no point moving forward since they can’t install it for a month. So this is where they start harassing me. The store manager, Lucas, then emails, texts MULTIPLE TIMES, and rings me telling me they have an external installer who can install it sooner and here’s the thing, apparently once you walk away from a sale they can magically drop the price by 400 . For the past week, I have had multiple texts and calls. If I don’t move forward with a quote, do NOT harass me. Completely unprofessional behaviour.

After a mishap with my cat getting locked into a room just after we moved into our new home and him trying to tear up the carpet; Damon came out and helped us sort out new carpet very quickly and at a great price. The new carpet is much better than what was installed in the house and I couldn’t be more pleased! Highly recommend Damon and carpet call craigieburn!

Purchased a rug couple months ago with my family and had an awful experience. I would not recommend for anyone to shop there. Within a week of using our rug it started fray. After several attempts they agreed to return the rug but had to choose another. Overall wasn’t a smooth experience.
