Bridget is so so sweet and knowledgeable. I seriously adore her. She has saved my skin, gut health and liver after being on the pill for 4-5 years. Not only that, but she has enlightened me with her knowledge on menstrual cycles, periods and just life in general. I can truly say she has changed the way I view myself and the way I live.
