Staff was helpful. It's not like a shop. You got to tell them what you need and they will bring it to you to the counter. So do all your shopping on the website, call them for any clarifications. I found the price bit expensive than items elsewhere, but pleases with the quality.

After purchasing a cable that was unable to meet the advertised specifications (10m display cable which was repeatedly cutting out) I returned their product at my own cost. Despite returning the product in perfect condition, as it had only been used for a week, they required me to pay a 'restocking fee' as I had not returned the plastic, branded LINDY packaging it had been sealed in (which required scissors to remove to access the cable). I paid 145 for the cable. The restocking fee was 72.50. Absolutely terrible service and complete disrespect for the customer. Will never be shopping with Lindy again.
Mostly pretty good but their 5M black HDMI cables do not support the claimed 4K video resolution and they decline to replace or credit them

I am so pleased to find a company that has such a clear understanding of the concept of customer focus. Lindy has that commitment to their customers and for that, they deserve to prosper. I purchased an item advertised on their website. It was arrived very quickly but I was disappointed to find there was a design fault and it didn't perform as advertised. I emailed Lindy late on a Friday afternoon and received an email back from them later that same evening confirming that they had tested their stock and found the same fault. They promptly offered a return and refund service. Service and commitment to their customers doesn't get much better than that! Would I buy from again? You bet!
I dont usually put reviews online, but couple of hours later I am still so cheesed off. I often go to Lindy at Albion to buy cables. I went in this morning, only to be told "we don't sell over the counter anymore, you have to order online" I asked "since when".. "Since now" was the response I got. Then he changed it to since 2 weeks ago. "We don't have anymore staff here, they all left", he said. "Two staff were having an affair, so they left" he said. All I wanted to do was buy a cable, its not my problem if the staff have left. This guy was so rude, its no wonder I usually prefer to buy online and not deal with shopfronts, but usually they are very helpful here. Not today. Wont be dealing with Lindy again, there are other options. RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE I would have easily purchased another cable to make it past 10. Your attitude and response to me entering the store when you don't have staff was not appropriate. You did tell me you don't do counter sales anymore. You've lost me as a customer
