Only uses the pool. 25m with one deep end for diving. Good value entry price and often quiet but needs some updating and maintenance to facilities to bring it to the standard of other pools in the area.

Cool place to go to the gym, popular during the semester. Has all the equipment you may need. Some bodybuilders may find it inadequate though with a lack of machines. Does have bumper plates and heaps of room for squats/ benchpress.
