I love the idea of this park and have had both good and bad experiences there. If everyone did the right thing and properly supervised their dogs and only brought in friendly, sociable dogs it would be great. (Not always the case though). There also needs to be an airlock entry (double gates) to prevent escapes. This would also allow dogs to meet and owners to assess through the airlock before entering yard. Proceed with caution to this park. Heaps of fun with the right mix of dogs and owners but NEVEF take a timid or unsocialised dog there. (It's unfair on them and other dogs/owners)
Good fencing, reasonable size. Poo bags available. A good place to socialise your dogs and meet new people. Improvements to car parking, pedestrian paths and a double entry airlock style gate to prevent dog escapes would see this rated higher. Would have stayed longer if not for the one inattentive dog owner with an aggressive animal who did very little to control his pet and watched on while his animal bothered everybody else who was trying to enjoy the facility. Give it a look, but also keep your eyes on your pet always.
Clean and the dogs enjoyed running around.
absolutely fantastic, really good to let them run and play safely. We need more around the Geelong area.
