Basic apartment accommodation. Door did not close properly without force. Air conditioning heating did not work. Overall the complex and apartments are tired and need update which are underway. Seems very slow. Building works next door. Do not expect to sleep after 7am Mon to Sat.

Fantastic reception staff, happy to help with anything!! However the room was not the cleanest, with dirty tissues, a lighter and other rubbish under the bed and behind furniture. The bathroom was also quite dirty with mold in the shower and the soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower covered in scum and grit. Parking is free, however it is limited. So if you miss out on their underground parking, good luck finding some somewhere to park for the night. I think this is guests in some apartments, taking up more than one space. There is also a large construction site next door currently. But this didn't effect our stay. Hopefully these issues will be resolved in their current upgrade to facilities.
Horrible experience due to rude owners/ workers
Relatively good quality rooms at the low/mid section of the price range. Had some quirks, but nothing that was problematic. Friendly staff. The biggest shortcoming was that any eating was a car trip away (but that is really the nature of spread out Canberra). We would stay there again.
Close to ammenties. Comfortable bed. Odd reception hours considering weekend!! Underground carpark entry/exit awkward & tight
Disgusting, there was no cover on the blanket, it had big brown stains that looked like urine, shower was full of both black and pink mould and looked like it had bever been cleaned. Cockroaches in the bedroom and the bed which was hard as a rock. Both of us had to take a day off work and see a chiropractor due the backpain after sleeping here. Will not stay here ever and I would not stay here if I was you appalling and very gross.
The hotel is reasonable value and in a convenient location. However, we were in a triple room and it seems we were expected to wash our own dishes in the bathroom sink, which was not particularly clean on arrival. As no separate sink is provided, I would expect that housekeeping would replace our used dishes and cutlery with clean ones during our stay.
Nice sized rooms, quiet, but could be cleaner (food and empty cans under the bed, dishwasher with dirty items in it)
