We had our Concrete Pool and Landscaping built and designed by Pools R Us. Every phone call and email answered and followed up on the day. Soil and Easement on our block a challenge but Pools R Us took everything in their stride and made it look easy. As promised pool and landscaping finished on-time. Julie you are a Miracle Worker., Ben Spot-On, Damion & Shaun landscaping brilliant and Tony a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Pools R Us Keep Up The Good Work.

Our first pool with Pools R Us was perfectly pitched and delivered. Their insights and advice ensured we got exactly the right pool and pool area created for our backyard in Healesville. Their service and attention to detail was excellent. After moving from that home to a new location - we called them again to help us choose a different format more conducive for the location we want the pool. As before - great advice. Perfect result and a happy family with a pool that gets used so much. The fibreglass format has been so easy to maintain and we get the most out of our Pools R Us pool. Recently we had an issue where the pump wasn't working and I called Julie for assistance. Matt called me back we had it sorted in no time at all - no call out needed. Free advice and support. CANNOT recommend this business and it's people any higher. If you are considering a new pool - call them - you'll be making a great step forward to getting a new pool. John & Sandy
Contacted on several occasions without response after they commenced working on the pool. Seriously unprofessional would never recommend them to anyone.
The admin at POOLS R US were super helpful, easy to communicate with and super lovely. they even helped on the decision on which pool to go with. which made my life so much easier. Ben and the boys did an amazing job when it came time to install the pool. my backyard was a bit hard to work with and they did everything in there power not to damage anything. i am so happy with their efforts and am so happy with the pool. i can’t thank them enough! if you’re wondering which pool company to go for these guys are definitely the go to!
