From Sam the salesman, Excellent Customer Service, Then the installer for our new printer, absolutely lovely person , very helpful. To the technician over the phone set up all our devices to the printer, fantastic Service. I can not express how wonderful the whole crew is. Price Gouging. Charged 50 for 2 boxes of latex gloves which are worth 5.00 a box. Purchased from their ebay store, 5 mins later I tried to cancel the order but they wouldn't accept. They wrapped them in plastic and by the time they arrives to me the boxes were completely crushed. The item disappeared from ebay so I was unable to take action through ebay.

Brilliant customer service. I am a small customer - like 1 cartridge a year, but despite a C19 inspired delay of over a year (and not discovering the cartridge was faulty for 4 months) they treated me like I was big business. Gave a full refund of an expensive HP original commercial toner cartridge which was faulty. I strongly recommend them to anyone who values customer service!
