Very good service, large range of windscreens in stock so there is less waiting until your vehicle is fixed. Two technicians arrived shortly after phone call and removed the old windscreen and replaced the new one. Cleaned up mess and left a very tidy car with new windscreen.

Have had many windscreens replaced by Roy's. Onsite and in office. It's a bit cheaper to go in and they always have stock of what I've needed. Really nice people and they do a quality job.
I had my Windscreen replaced January this year (2020). Superb job very reasonable price. I took my daughter’s car today as I thought the windscreen may be leaking. They spent at least 20 minutes testing the windscreen and other sources for leaks. No leaks , I asked how much I owed and they said no charge and wished me a merry Christmas. I would highly recommend them not because I got something free but once again they proved they are highly reputable company and supply a high level of customer service.
Was insured with Shannons who use Obriens. Couldnt replace a Ford BA windscreen for 2 weeks. Crazy. Rang Roys done the next morning at 8am Billed Shannons for it. Great Job Roys.
Got my window fix but broke my tint, promised to fix the tint, dragged for 6 months end up changing their mind. Good lucky if they damage your car they will not be responsible.
Glass was so good that I got in the vehicle and thought there was no glass in it
