The beds has bugs, they gave us no pillows and doesn't had hot water. Even give it 1 star is generous

it was this or my car, and i would have preferred my car in hindsight. only plus was comfy beds and nice bathroom. my PRIVATE room was overpriced with a stinging fan, leaking PIPE, BROKEN LOCK and little cracks and stains on the floor/carpet. the staff were rude and seemed to want to get rid of their patrons and just get on with their day. didn’t notify me about anything - had to find out about the parking and wifi through other people. limited parking. whole place smells like cigarettes. wish i spent my money elsewhere. 69 ill never get back.
Bathrooms were clean but that's about the only positive. Picture is of the sink in our room. The whole place felt grungy and deserted. There are no staff for the hostel, you get a bartender at the bar below to let you in. Couldn't get out of there fast enough
When I booking I ask for a four bed in one bedroom. I ring them they tell me it’s available but when I check in they give me a 10 bed room me and my friend have to share room with another 6 guy . And the price didn’t cheaper . Expect this everything is not too bad.
This hostel is absolutely disgusting. So run down, so unclean and the kitchen is smelly and unhygienic. The fridge clearly hasn’t been emptied in months. Broken furniture, rooms need a massive amount of TLC. Sheets smelt damp and I woke up with a rash on my face. Only plus is there’s a good few pubs and clubs around and beaches are not too far away - by car. DO NOT STAY HERE! You will regret it!
Bed bugs. Disgusting. Everywhere was filthy. No staff. So much filth and dirt. Bins not Emptied for days. They moved my stuff when I wasn’t present and didn’t even ask me when they moved my room because of bed bugs. Staff have lied in previous reviews. I have so many photos to prove this place is gross. Going to report them to department of health and the ACCC. Do not stay here unless you want a bed bug infestation
Good food at the bar. Good rooms gor backpacking. Needed better air ventilation tho
The fan in my room was wobbly and it was a summer night. I asked if it could be fixed or I be given a different room. The response was like I had asked him his kidney
