I had my trailer custom made to my exact specifications by phoenix a few years ago and they done a beautiful job. I recently had a accident with the trailer where the side door popped open while driving and it hit a road sign and tree and was completely unrepairable. I emailed Brett from Phoenix to organise a door for me for the following week after I gave him sizes and colour and he had it done for me without a single issue. I had the brand new door made, painted and fitted ready for the day I needed it by. The boys done a great job and after all these years still run a fantastic, attention to detail and after sales customer service is 5 stars. Thanks Brett and Phoenix trailers.

The owner was more then helpful giving me a electric breakaway switch after my mutt chewed it off the trailer the day before going on a fishing trip. Doors were about to close and he was more then happy to help out!!
Bought my phoenix trailer in early Feb as soon as my trailer got delivered I could see how dodge the paint job was lots of parts missed by the painter, I was told it was definitely going to be primed and it definitely wasn't!!!! Within 6-8 weeks it had rediculous amounts of rust.. 9 months later 2 of my doors had fallen off due to snapped hinges I rang the NEW owners and he was quick to blame me saying I never greased the hinges when in fact the hinges were sold to me dry and had never been greased, he told me he would send some hinges out to me in the mail 2 weeks went by and no hinges so I rang him again and he handed me to the receptionist who laughed and told me "I had spoken to the wrong person Brett always forgets to get back to clients" then she said she will follow up the hinges and what they could do about the rust.. another 2 weeks later and still no call back!!!! This trailer has cost me over 1000 to fix up there cheap Chinese hinges and lack of customer service is disgraceful DO NOT BUY A PHOENIX TRAILER

Absolute rust bucket after six weeks , has more rust then my 9yr old trailer which was a pbl. I wouldn’t buy a Phoenix
