Fantastic staff, absolute legends. Had to get my headlight replaced, dropped the keys and the beautiful lady from the front desk asked me to wait and help myself with a cup of coffee, and guess what the guys from the service team were faster than the coffee machine. The keys were handed over to me faster than the coffee machine making a coffee for me.

Wife and myself Went to look for a new triton Ute. Salesman didn’t even introduce himself, didn’t ask our names. Didn’t offer a test drive, didn’t offer any info on the car other than add on extras. Quoted price. We left. Will never return there. Might still buy the Triton but not from Chullora dealership.

Highly NOT recommended. Waste of time and money. I have been to this place for a log book service. Informed them 2 issues (noise from the engine and rear suspension) for which they have done nothing, raised 7 additional issues which doesn't make any sense. Later contacted them in 2 days and they just started reading what they have done and again which make no sense because i can see the issues has mot been fixed. Now they wants me to walk in again so that there technician can have a look for it. I don't understand why the technician didn't look in to the first attempt when the issues where clearly mentioned. Never trust this place and never take a chance of seeing them back again. And i have been informed that one of the staff will contact be back, but no one has contacted me and i have to contact them back again. Don’t come here! All the bad reviews are true. They are a rip! Way overpriced, customer service don’t care about you or your car just care about making up prices and collecting money Came here for a service and charged almost 1000 Then engine light come on and took it back and they charged me 2500 to fix. Apparently I have all these leaks that weren’t picked up on the initial service.
