Amazing service advice and price
Thanks folks, despite me lacking some of the required info today regarding the 4 GB RAM, with your help I managed to get the correct one. Slotted it in, and it worked right away (hooray, this should help me get through a little longer before having to get a new computer, which is very handy right now). Your knowledge and explanations were very helpful.

Spoke with Ashley and Dave and they were both extremely helpful today. Bought a new PC case and Graphics Card and Ashley was very good in tailoring a specific solution for exactly what I came in for. I came in lunchtime with my PC and to my absolute surprise they managed to find time in an active shop. "Should be done by 6" and I get a call at 5:15 saying its ready. I mean seriously that is looking after people and getting it done quickly. In additional notes I walked into a major chain (different business) today for unrelated products; hostile door greeter and item-adjusting staff pretending not to hear me after making eye contact and darting away. I walked out in 5 mins without purchasing, whereas when it comes to Christies IT&C these guys really made my day by showing that there's definitely other businesses out there where people appreciate you and that's exactly why I'm going to be coming back here. Had an operator error (my own) issue and Ashley on the phone was patient in guiding me through a resolution without absolutely any passive aggression, huffs and puffs, long sighs or other microcr** that usually comes with after sales support. These guys didn't stuff me about in any regard and gosh darn after a day of getting let down by other businesses, these guys won't let you down and will have your back to the point where you'll want to type about it to strangers on the internet. Check them out!
Went in today to buy some parts and ask a few questions, was help as soon as I walked in the door. Very knowledgeable and willing to help.
Great staff here. I was welcomed to ask questions and compare products before settling on anything specific. I was offered genuine advice regarding product capabilities and pricing over the long-term. It was a great experience which did not end with impulse buying. Top marks for quality of character.
