Great range of products. The one guy who served me did not have sufficient product knowledge however, I had to google the information up.
Three stars for the store. Five stars for the crew members. The crew helped me with my questions this afternoon regarding headset... but it's difficult to look for someone who is available to serve customers. The crew was busy.. need more team members... I saw the frustrations of the customers... thanks guys for helping me today even you were very busy.

Was there this morning (25/02/2012) and have to commend the staff, particularly Dave, in the way he handled the most disrespectful and rudest customer I have ever seen. He remained calm and polite while being verbally abused by said customer. Well done and keep up the good work in maintaining your professionalism.
Always a good experience when I go there. Staff friendly and l knowledgeable albeit a tad bit sparse when busy. Highly recommended store.
Have been ignored at JB HI FI Chirnside many times, even after waiting, then asking for help, then asking again. Well done guys. I got all the appliances for my home at the good guys where they actually cared enough to attend to me, instead of ignoring me to talk on the phone or to each other. I hope your boss sends a secret shopper and performance reviews you lot.
