Contacted Medibank Private on the 1300 number. The assistant that helped was courteous calm and efficient. She took her time with my querie and referred to her supervisor. I didnt mind waiting. Her name was Tilly. I hope there is only one Tilly in her department as I want her to get recognized.

Very slow. Had to wait so long I had to leave to go to work. Surely you can have a fast track for simple pharmacy claims.
