This review is for Kennan in the kids shoe department. Kennan was absolutely amazing! He was so great with bub and really took his time to make sure my son was comfortable. Kennan was so sweet and had so much patience with bub who did not want to try on the shoes. Kennan was very knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy. I was actually recommended by a friend to go see him and I will 100 percent be telling all the mums I know to go see him. By far the best customer service I have ever had!

3 levels store with in-store elevator, plenty of choices and easy to access the carpark.
As always, large comfortable retail store with giant range of items. Mid to high end labels and brands. Home maker items always interesting
Seriously Myer?? Charging 0.15 for a bag now? I just spent a couple of hundred dollars on an upmarket cosmetic brand and was asked did I want to pay 15 cents for a bag. I understand Kmart and Target charging for bags as they are budget brands. I thought Myer was supposed to be more upmarket than that but obviously not anymore
Myers Chatswood is a great place to shop .. ..got everything I was looking for today & more and the staff were extremely helpful at every counter I went to.
I usually don't like coming here but today (Bright Friday) I bought a pair of sunglasses from a very pleasant shop assistant (Ray Ban Wraparounds)
my husband purchased a set of pots and pans 4 days ago, clearly with a sticker “purchased at Myer” yet they won’t offer a refund or credit as apparently they’ve changed their return process. Buyer beware!! Myer was a great department store before they changed their rules 18 months ago . I have shopped their for over 20 years, but will be shopping at online stores going forward as they offer better service and return policies. Shame they are losing so many customers due to bad service and terrible policies that don’t make sense.
Hard to navigate and the staff weren't too keen on helping. Also, couldn't find any shopping baskets LOLL had to carry 6 boxed mugs to the counter, I was a mess. Otherwise, Myer is a classic store and has a great range of items. Very big, could do all my shopping there.
