We had 21st Birthday Balloons made and they looked beautiful, they were exactly what we asked for right down to colours and filigree patterns ! They looked very fancy, have used these guys before and will use them again, such friendly people to deal with . Thanks so much

Staff member was rude and swore at our 18 month old for touching a balloon in store (that we had just purchased for him.) Highly recommend going somewhere more professional.
My daughter's balloons for her Christening & Birthday were perfect could not be happier. The colour ideas given turned out perfect very happy thank you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Took balloons here to have filled as normal place we go to was closed. Peson who served us was rude. Filled balloons and did not tie ie properly. When we got the balloon to the park party it lasted 10 minutes before it untied itself and flew away. 25 to fill and it lasted 10 minutes! Birthday girl was not happy. Called store to complain and was told that their popr workmanship was not their fault. Or problem as soon as we left their shop. No apology for poor customer service. We will never be back and will be telling all we know. Suggest you go to more professional places in Newcastle. There are plenty around.

My 10 yr old bought her new baby brother balloons the day he was born. She had saved up and was so excited to get them and had chosen what she wanted all foil as they last longer. She has had many foil balloons which have lasted months. She and i were so disappointed in the ones we got from balloon botique as they had gone down and were soft in 3 days. They were in a hospital room with air conditioning so in a stable environment. They didn't even last long enough for a decent photo of them. They were refilled but this also didnt even last long enough to get a photo. I will be going else where in the future as these were a total waste of money
