I spoke with Karen at Council today regarding mowing along lake in Chittaway Point. What a happy, helpful and professional lady. A request was lodged immediately. Thankyou Karen

Luke at the Council Customer Service took the trouble to find the answer for me. But council needs to regularly update the FB page and the events info. Luke took 5 minutes himself to find out if the Mangrove Creek Dam picinc area is open or closed. It shouldn't be that hard.

Not particularly helpful. Wanted information on handling acid sulphate soils. Was told the information which I'd already read on their web site and then told to ring a geotech engineer.

I am new to the area,I have found wyong council and staff to be professional understand and helpful. Any issues I have had they have helped me to resolve it quickly.keep up the good work. I'm proud to be a resident here. Called again a month later for some help regarding rubbish removal. They were wonderful and helpful keep up the good work.

I contacted them a few times, staffs sound very unprofessional, racist, and rude. They are absolutely not worth to hold a position in the council. This country does not belong to them, so stop being racist.

Spent copious amount of time on the phone with 2 phone calls to CCC. Nobody knows who or why the water supply has been stopped and they dont know how to go about finding out. Spoke to 6 different people. Was promised a callback and didnt get one. Total incompetence

My Daughter goes to netball at Wyong one Saturday. Ranger fines her for parking within 10 meters from the intersection. 330.00 Fine for an 18 year old going to sport, who wants to live in the Wyong Shire. No wonder no one votes at the local elections.
