Very rude staff, just the way I like it. True health comes from being put in your place by underpaid receptionist. They knew what I needed as soon as I walked in. A solid stream of creative, yet personal insults. Couldn't give 6 stars but would. My nirvana.
Wonderful staff and wonderful care
I became a patient here 11 years ago for my last pregnancy, I had a beautiful antenatal journey with Ronnie, and I birthed my son naturally at Castlemaine Hospital with Ronnie's quiet steadfast joyful support. My family have been cared for by every doctor at this clinic, and I have worked here for the last 5 years. I am proud to be a part of this practice. Our doctors are often running late and booked out weeks in advance, but they fit in emergencies every day, they hold space for chronically unwell and often very difficult people, they strive to give their best, even when the days and nights have been long and complicated. The admin team and nurses are all fantastic people to work with, and I am continually inspired by the ways they all act to support our patients.
These guys have been our family doctors for 12 years. They are friendly, professional and always extremely helpful and caring. Great people!
This is a wonderful family orientated medical clinic which I have had the privilege of attending for over 20 years plus. No matter who I see I am & my family are always given the utmost attention. All 3 of our children were born under the doctors. Wouldn't go elsewhere for medical attention.
Extremely rude staff. Rufused to make an appointment cause i was new. Even on there day on call digusting service
Extremely rude reception staff. The unwelcome greeting I recieved over the phone when trying to book an appointment has put me off visiting this clinic. I would recommend re-training your reception staff or hiring new and more polite staff.
