I wish there were a rating in negative. Denjola comes across as a friendly and confident professional who knows what he is doing. But he is nothing but disappointment with a bad attitude. For him, you are just another client who will bring him another pay cheque. If things get complicated, he moves on, leaving his client stranded. I have had a bad experience with him and suggest anyone thinking to hire him, DON’T.

Wonderful Experience - Meticulous & Result Oriented Denjola was the perfect person in our pursuit of buying an own house. Right from the beginning, he was instrumental in orienting us about the process, milestones & expectations. Even though we had a 8 week window to obtain the financial approval, he worked with lightening speed to facilitate the loan approval within a week. The fact that, even in Covid times, inspite of working on this sale, in a different state in Australia, he made it very seamless.
