Since last visit I've had a total change of heart on this cafe/deli in Castle Hill and now visit several times a week. The staff are well trained and product knowledge is greatly improved. The produce is extremely fresh, a good variety of choices, some good inclusions like tapenades, dried pasta and pre-made sauces. Leg ham is especially good and there is a very good choice of salami, cold cuts etc., and what a surprise to see Berliner in the cabinet, not a product found in many deli's these days. Burrata is still not stocked on a regular basis but I'm informed it will be shortly. Am interested in trying the catering service next time I entertain. Coffee and menu options in cafe are also good. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Wishing them success and happy to eat 'humble pie' since last review.

Don’t go here for coffee. Just ordered a small flat white (1:30pm on Labour Day public holiday), and although it came out super hot it’s all milk and no coffee beans! I ordered coffee NOT hot milk. So disappointed.
We ordered catering for a party at home - everyone loved the food and everything was fantastic. Very easy to deal with and would definitely use again! Thanks so much.
Food is nice but on the pricey side so tend not to eat here much. Access to cash register is difficult when you have a pram/stroller which was another reason why I tend not to eat here much. Nice selection of gourmet foods and specialty products if youre looking for something as a gift.
Great cafe. Recommend the pulled pork burger.
Nice delicatesan with cooked food. Pasta was good, but portions were slightly small. Gnocci was very soft and pillow like almost too soft but the sauce was great. Very fresh and sharp. Chilli prawn spaghetti was a touch too spicy. Not bad
Superb coffee & deserts. Haven’t tried the food but looks good. Quick friendly service.
I like the atmosphere they created inside the shopping centre, but I’m disappointed about the dishes. I had Pasta Carbonara, but it wasn’t a Carbonara at all! And it was full of oil. I also tasted Gnocchi with ricotta and spinach and in conclusion I think one of the main problem in both dishes are all those herbs, which cover the good natural flavour of the food, making everything taste the same.
