What a treasure trove of European and other culinary delights. So much to choose from. We drove 35 kms to try the place out and weren't disappointed.

These days, when the majority of people are paying with either a credit or debit card due to covid, it seems wrong to insist customers spend a minimum of 10 to pay with eftpos. I can buy practically anything from anywhere with a card these days and not be required to spend a minimum amount. I dont know why this place should be any different.

Great deli/food store. I often go for biscotti and other stuff.

What a disappointment... I have been a regular customer for years spending around 150 at each visit and much more at around Xmas. I returned to the store to share my surprise and disappointment on a product I purchased asking for a simple exchange (not a reimbursement). I was immediately advised that it was not possible and that the product was good and I was the first customer to complain (which is irrelevant if the product is not good) - I offered them to try it in front of me which they refused to. In any other shop, a customer focus team would have gladly exchanged the product - unfortunately after spending more than 150, they would not even contemplate replacing a product in an effort to keep their customers happy. If you want to avoid disappointment, don't visit this shop and give your money to another retail - there are many other great options in West End and Woolloongabba.

First time shopping. Good variety, missing some products though. However, the range of products was quite good. I was dissapointed from the lack of a fresh deli and fresh cut. It was, certaiy, suprising that all the staff and the apparent supervisor were Beijing territorians. I wonder if the business is sold to their money. Next time I will ask them. For now the shop get 3 stars. After my next visit, I will revise comment and scoring.
