I had Hills Flooring replaced my carpet with floating board 2 months ago, and I’m very pleased with the outcome. If you have plan to do your floor, I would definitely recommend you to reach out to Martin in Castle Hill Store. He has been very patient to go through different materials and their benefits. Go through different colors and the consequences of each choices. In the end, we walked away with materials and color that suits our lifestyle. It costed us more than other stores, but you also need to consider the quality of materials. His team also committed to our schedule and all work done within agreed timeframe. And with great workmanship. For another 10 years to come, I’m glad I made great decision and it’s worth every dollars spent. Thanks Martin and your team.

I visited the showroom yesterday asking question about their products for my new apartment. The salesperson answered my questions. I requested him to provide me with a copy of product's specs to check if Strata Manager in our building would accept the product (acoustically) before I decided to purchase. He said that I have to buy the product first, then he can provide me with the specs claiming that NO ONE would provide me with specs before I pay. Well, I told him I've already visited another company and they happily provided me with the specs. He obviously didn't have an answer for me, so I walked off the store. I simply couldn't pay the deposit without being sure that strata management would let me use the product. Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience visiting this store.

Great experience from start to finish. We did our Spotted gum timber floors with them with carpets in the rooms and shutters for all the windows. Quote came very competitive, not the cheapest but definitely value for money. It was a big project and I wanted to get it right, for a few i wasn't going to jeopardize the quality. I am very pedantic with finishes but I am very happy with the result. The guys did a good job and managed everything well in terms of timing.

Organised our laminate timber flooring with Simon last month and he promised great results. Today was installation and they did an amazing job and even cleaned up afterwards. Great before, during and after service. I wasn't sure how to do the steps as we wanted to do the top only and they explained and helped me with that. We did floorboards on the steps and carpeted everywhere else, the Carpet installer Dominic was very helpful and timber guy Mark did fantastic work on the steps, the house looks different. They were right in the store, steps will cost money but will become a feature of the house and that's exactly right.
