I sent Sweets Garage Door repairs an email on Sunday night after the door jammed and came off its tracks, cable snapped etc. Its an old 6 metre door and I thought I was up for costly repair or replacement. Gavan replied to my email and sent me a text message that night and booked in for the first time I was available the following Tuesday. Gavan fixed the door for only a couple of hundred dollars, and gave us some cost saving maintenance advice. Highly recommended.
Gavan is one of those Gold Coast tradies that you hope to find. He's honest, knows his trade, and his fee structure is very fair. He even works on a Saturday! Gavan was happy to repair the motor, and not have me spend unnecessary on a replacement, which other companies had suggested. Don't bother looking anywhere else, just book......
Broke the garage door "closer" Saturday afternoon shutting the mower in it! Quick message to Gaven who gave us indication of cost from photos sent to him. He was there by 1pm on Monday having texted half hour before he was due. Door fixed with new parts fitted in less than an hour. Really great service/price and a genuinely nice guy. Thanks so much. I called Sweets Garage Door Repairs after my garage door broke down and they were able to schedule a visit on the same day.
