Tried to pick up a simple aluminium bar. Then told they have a minimum buy of 25 to buy there. I literally couldn't give them my money. very bad customer service. There was no one else in the counter sales store.

Spoke too Paula she was very blunt on the phone When I arrived she was unhelpful and blunt.have previously dealt with Ulrich and had wonderful customer service.she was towards the end of her shift and just wanted to get rid of us Had too cut lengths on the street with a hand saw
