Paid for an auto wash (at night time so no attendant present) eddy wouldn’t start - I drove in and out several times. Feel free to check cameras. I then went to the other wash machine and had to pay again so I had a 41 (with credit card fees) wash!!!!!!!

Car wash washers car well. The staff are helpful automatic or you can wash yourself. Vacuum to clean inside as well
Tony at Car Wash Mackay is a fantastic person & goes above and beyond to help people please support him by using the Car Wash facilities. I haven't used the Car Wash myself but when I arrived at Mackay out front of Car Wash Mackay my Suzuki Boulevard C109R motorcycle broke a clutch cable and if it wasn't for Tony I would have had to push all 470kg for motorcycle and gear to a place to be fix. Instead Tony stop working and came straight over and offered to help push the bike to his house and then he unloaded his van and transported me and my motorcycle to my best mates place and all he wanted in return for his help was a handshake. I'm extremely grateful to have met such a lovely person that will go out of their way to help people and the only thing Tony wanted was a handshake for his help that is extremely rare these days in society so people please support Mackay Car Wash and Tony as you never know one day you may break down and he'll be there to help you Thank you Tony you are a fantastic person a total legend Mate again Thank you

I think they need to do a little bit of research and adjusting. Went through with a reasonably clean car just had road grime over it from driving in the rain After going through the first time in the auto wash, I found it didn't really lift any of it off the car just skimmed the top off. They were reasonable about it but and put me back through at no charge. After the 2nd attempt it still didn't do the job Have spoken to them again an agreed to give it a third try but have not returned as yet.
Very helpful staff. Showed this idiot ( me ) how it all works.
