Their after sales service is appalling. Our system was never set up properly and we are constantly losing patches of lawn where the sprinklers don’t pop up. Each time they’ve visited they have found valid faults and supposedly repaired them but it doesn’t last. Now despite phoning them and leaving countless messages I’ve decided to go elsewhere for my after sales service. The operations manager pretended he had bad service and hung up on me over a week ago and I’ve never heard back. The service manager is in a meeting whenever I call. I would not recommend this company to anyone, in fact I’d advise you not to use them if you want a functioning system and an organisation that offers a good after sales service.
The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and appear to enjoy totally meeting customers' needs.
