Tony from Canberra Locksmiths arrived with 30 minutes of my call. I am in a wheelchair so I could not get into the garage to flick the circuit breaker. Once he had fixed my lock he also flicked the circuit breaker for me. Tony was prompt, professional, happy and kind. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.

Whilst a fabulous job was done by the friendly, polite locksmith, the assistance given by the after hours call team was despicable. I was locked out of my apartment with nothing - no phone, no wallet - and they would not come out without a credit card guarantee that I obviously could not provide. I was hung up on by the call taker whilst in tears. I'm not sure how someone could be so heartless. My poor neighbours (who had already opened their door to a stranger and handed over a phone!) provided their credit card details as I was too nervous to call any other locksmith than who my landlord had told me to call. I will ensure that he finds another more sympathetic agency to direct his tenants to in future. Such an incredibly upsetting process that did not need to be as such.
I rang 3 different Locksmiths, Canberra Locksmiths welcomed my enquiry, were very pleasant, helpful, and willing to assist. Where the others started with very expensive fees to look at the problem, these guys were happy to have a look and then quote. Best bit, successfully opened safe & supplied the needed new key for a fraction of the cost the others quoted just to look.
They made keys just from image and it works. Professional and legend.

I cannot recommend Canberra Locksmiths highly enough. My elderly mother's house was broken into on Saturday night so we needed a locksmith to change all door locks on a Sunday. Lawrence, from Canberra Locksmiths, came out promptly, was respectful and polite to my mum (and everyone else), and cleaned up after himself when he was finished with the job. The ordeal was stressful but having Lawrence as our locksmith meant there was one less thing to worry about. Again, I can't recommend him, and Canberra Locksmiths, highly enough.
I forgot my apartment key and called Canberra Locksmiths right away around 6pm Thursday evening. Took them 45mins to get here, but the machinist is very courteous, kind, and detailed in everything during the process. Only took him 10 seconds to open my apartment door : ) I would recommend Canberra Locksmiths to anyone who had similar experience in Canberra ACT.
