Bought many of our appliances here - TV, sound bar, washing machine and fridge. As factory seconds, the product are fully functioning and come with warranty. They are also willing to negotiate. Only 3 stars because service can be be poor - slow and a laid back attitude that can come off as lazy. Overall product range is great and can be viewed online before the drive to their warehouses out west.
