Volvo Camberwell Service by far is the best place I found for my XC90. Arnold Estrade the service manager is amazingly helpful and wonderful to deal with. He listened and he tried his level best to help in regards to my car, and it was not just once or twice but quite a few times. Also, this is my first time I am being treated like a valued customer from a car dealership and he made the difference. So good work Volvo Camberwell!

Bought my new XC60 here a fortnight ago and the service was good. Im interstate and all communication/documentation was electronic through Jeffery D. We missed out the original one we were looking at but Jeffery was able to source another from Sydney. Pricing was fair and Jeffery ensured the process went smoothly, including the transport to us interstate. Would happily use these guys again if we stay with Volvo into the future, which at this point looks good :)
I'd never contemplated a Volvo before, I went to Camberwell on a suggestion from a colleague. Paul listened to our requirements, then showed us a V90 Cross Country Wagon, bingo! It largely met our needs in the shape of a cracking good vehicle! It was love at first sight! Peter is friendly and helpful. Nothing but praise for the service side of the business! Well organised, good communicators and even bother to followup after interactions. Sure, I agree service costs are right up there, but then look again at the competition, no bargain basement prices on their service either. I know that doesn't make it right! In the last few days, I had a bit of grief with a battery that decided to terminate and cause all sorts of hassles with the car. I turned up unannounced on two occasions in the past few days and the team did everything to help me out and get me mobile. Maria, Chris, Arnold and Joel, I guess the face of Camberwell Volvo, deservedly have a very happy customer in me. Well done all!
I have taken delivery of my car today and could not be happier with the service provided by Peter Buratto and the team at Volvo Camberwell. Both my partners and I were welcomed even though they were busy and our time to talk privately in regards to our purchases was respected by the sales team. I would also like to thank Ben Dean, he is their finance guru. Never have I had such an easy and hassle free application. Ben helps with every step of the process. I have already recommended him to friends and family. Trust me, try him before your bank!! He will get the deal done! Thanks to every one at Volvo who was involved in my purchase.
