Very happy with service received by Richard of Salt Pools. My pool had turned green and Richard came the very next day. We are now back up and running. Will be using them for renovation works we are planning to commence after summer. Highly recommend these guys.

In response: Firstly, COVID did not exist when you constructed our pool. Secondly, its not an attack it is feedback on our experience. Thirdly, don't use us for the dissatisfaction of your other customers. Lastly, I hope this does provide information for potential customers as we would want them to have a balance view on on the salt pools and that others aren't subjected to the same service. Hopefully, you will take this review on board and actually do something to change the way you provide customer service etc - fat chance though its been a while and your response sounds like the same old story. Actually it doesn't surprise us how you responded to this given our experience (there was excuse after excuse, never any accountability) no change there we see, pointless to discuss it we learned that a long time ago. P.S. we read some of the other reviews you referred to and yeah we can identify with most (especially Jane and Simone) Initial Review : Salt Pools Camberwell (Richard and Astrid) are the most unprofessional contractors/company I have ever come across. They have a tight leash on the colleague who does the work. The construction area was left soooooo messy for months on end (I understand that it was a construction in progress - but the mess was ridiculous), pool tiles popping and cracking (they won't come to fix with a million of excuses to give), could never commit to timing on anything and always showed up unannounced whenever they felt like it (never kept us informed even after repeatedly told that this was not on). A horrible experience from time of contract sign off to finishing of pool and forget about calling them back to service they wont show - afterpool care or info, your on your own. Folks I suggest you go elsewhere!!!!!!
Very poor experience. We had a pool built by Richard, as soon as handover completed, tiles started popping off. They sent tiler back many times to fix the problem but to no avail. So they came back 6 months later to try to fix it. following this shonky fix it work, the pool still had tiles popping off and cracking appearing in the pool. The cracks got bigger and bigger to the extent that big pieces of the pool render started falling off into the pool. I rang Richard several times, hew promised to attend, but to no avail. Until I threatened with VCAT he organised an engineer, whom visited. We are waiting for his report. Richard has tried to blame others for the poor construction all the way through and has not replied to messages or emails until we threatened Vcat hearing. We will be taking this further till we get the pool fixed..
So, impressed with the service that I received from Astrid Workman through every process from start to finish. She goes beyond and above all expectations to ensure that her customers are satisfied. Amazing people. Excellent Service.
Not recommended - poor value, definitely not professional, (although they pretend to be) not responsive what so ever, never on time, and they spend too much time making excuses for the broken promises. Don't even bother getting a quote, waste of time!!!!! Shocking experience!!!
Seriously not worth the stress!!!! Go elsewhere peoples don't trust these guys!!!! Not reliable!!!!
