Excellent value for money and time! Great selection of group exercise classes timed to suit a wide range of occupations/lifestyles. I was especially pleased to see classes on public holidays, when most other gyms are closed. I turned my 3-visit passes repeatedly renewed into an ongoing, unlimited membership after about a month, because I do attend this gym, unlike so many others before. I also found myself trying and sticking to classes I never tried before! I simply love the place.

Never go to this club. Once you won’t go there. They make crank calling to you every day and speak very impolitely . Already told to police.
The pricing isnt bad, and the classes, when you can fit into one are great. Fabulous instructors. But the gym as a whole, absolute mess. No communication. Happily taking money out of my account post lockdown but given ZERO communication around gym access, booking, etc. Was actually looking forward to going back but now my next visit will be to cancel. Edit: After seeing this review they offered 2 weeks free. A nice gesture. But they didn't actually follow through with the offer and I couldn't get in touch with them to disscuss. Email bounced back. Beyond frustrated.

Horrible experience with this gym. The owner verbally insults and antagonises female customers. Stay away from this nasty business whether you are a customer or worker, especially women. Due to the rude, unreasonable way they treat customers I’m not surprised to see all the bad reviews. This business has terrible management, they shouldn’t issue free guest passes, accept & confirm bookings with them if they have no intention of honouring them. As my friend was a member, I booked a free guest pass on the website, and then was able to book the group fitness class session, 2 weeks in advance from the limited choice. When I arrived they rudely refused entry unless I paid 18. They would not honour their free guest pass, even after confirming it and accepting my booking, such a scam and a waste of time. The owner kept making unreasonable and unrelated excuses, even though the website and paperwork made it clear that it was free. Instead of arguing he should apologise as he knows he was doing the wrong thing. Their mission is to take as much money as possible with no regard for their customers, just check the other many bad reviews. I wish I had checked the reviews before visiting. To the owner: You are old enough to know how to be a reasonable person and treat people properly, instead your behaviour is extremely rude, abusive and downright mean. You have to apologise for insulting us, you are at risk of a lawsuit. A few members that know what happened have already decided to cancel their membership because of your nasty behaviour. Karma is already coming to you. Also you should stop lying, in your response to the previous google review left today, how can you lie so openly? You denied it was true, but it is the exact truth.
Avoid this gym. After I saw the owner yelling abusively at a female customer I felt so uncomfortable I am cancelling my membership, never going to go back. Its so shocking that an old man could behave this nasty, shame on you. Also I notice he lies and denies all the other negative google reviews left. Not even able to leave a facebook review! productreview.com.au if full of negative reviews of this business too. Dodgy place don’t deny this like you do in the other bad reviews, don’t contact me to try and remove this.
