The installer turned up early due to cancelled appt prior to mine which worked out well. Have never met a more professional and respectful tradie. He knew his job well.and with me watching to learn he was happy to explain what he was doing and why. Half way through had to stop as it started to rain .he cheerfully put old screen back on to stop the rain getting into the car because of course it had just been lifter off. From 1st contact with the person on the phone to when the gentleman left and said goodbye I felt respected. Happily recommend action autoglass time and time again.
Quick, friendly, efficient
Had a new windscreen fitted to my hilux and it leaked from day one. They came back out and tried resealing it using some windscreen sealent and it still leaked and was told it must be rust or something else and that there was no warranty and there was nothing more they could do. I took it to another windscreen company in Devonport (Eagle Windscreens) and they took the windscreen out and resealed it . The windscreen now does not leak and they told me the windscreen had not been fitted properly by Action. I would not use Action again ,they are very unprofessional and the warranty they offer is worthless.
