With warm intention and expert mindful guidance Nic provides an inclusive, kind, and safe environment to learn about self and the human condition when meditating. Her thoughtful selection of poetry, and resources enhances the therapeutic environment. Each session with Mindful Being has brought a reliable sense of peace and calmness and I am grateful.

I recently completed an 8 week course with Nicole at mindfulBeing Melbourne and must say that it has had a huge impact in my life. I was noticing anxiety creeping deeper into my life to the point of stopping me from doing things. After this course, I feel much calmer and the anxiety has dissipated! Before this course I was unable to take my 16 year old daughter on a driving lesson because I would be crippled with anxiety & fear that I could not protect her as she had the wheel. Now, I sit in the passenger seat very calm, relaxed and at ease as she takes the wheel. I am grateful for this 8 week course and especially the 1 day Silent meditation retreat which was a turning point for me. Highly recommend this course.

I really enjoyed my time in the eight-week MBSR course with Nic. The course was structured in a logical way, which enabled me to learn the skills at an appropriate pace. The group dynamics were wonderful - so supportive and non-judgmental. Nic was approachable, supportive and "walked the talk". The one day retreat was amazing. I'm hooked. Highly recommended!!

Nicole is a fantastic facilitator who is very knowledgeable on the material, very approachable and brings warmth and calmness to the space.

Nicole is an gifted teacher, who practices and teaches from a place of authenticity, passion, and purpose. She has a thorough understanding of both Eastern and Western teachings that support MBSR. She holds her students in safe hands and challenges them to find their edge. I recommend this course for those wanting to deepen their practice, both beginners and people with experience.
