Thanks so much to Leeana for such incredible customer service. Liam let me trial this e-bike (thank you so much!), and Leeana helped me figure out a way to make it work financially. They have incredible finance options and are the most kind, patient, and understanding people. As a non-binary person, I felt safe in the space and comfortable to ask any questions I had. I’m so impressed by their team, the product itself, and that they provide free servicing for the lifetime of the bike. No other bike shop even comes close. I look forward to coming in again soon - and highly recommend them to anyone (womxn particularly). Photos are of my excited dog, enjoying the new ride.
While seemingly on the pricier side, the service at Cycles Galleria is impeccable, and truly worth every penny. From the lifetime free basic servicing, to the professional advice and the constant help I've had from them regarding minor issues with my bikes, I've never left the store disappointed, or empty handed. Plus their range of goods is superb, and their staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. Genuinely a 10/10 experience every time.
Been coming here for years. Bought bikes here and have used them to do servicing on my full suspension maintain bike. They've always been helpful and responsive. You can find parts cheaper online, but I don't mind the reassurance of having them source the parts they're working with.
The team at Cycles Galleria in Brunswick are sensational to deal with. Passionate & knowledgeable is how you’d describe them. The experience feels personal & you don’t just feel like another number. I recently visited and was in the middle of being served when the Cycles Galleria employee started serving someone else. I waited/wandered around the store for about 20 minutes just waiting despite being 3/4 through completing an order. Another employee seemed great and the store seems well stocked but just had a rude experience.
Yet another episode of great service! They did my first Pro-service on the spot instead of needing to leave it for the day when they understood my time limitations. Very happy ️
Top quality service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who – particularly the manager – advise you in your interests, not theirs. I booked my bike in for a general service, but when I picked it up the techs had 'only' done a (free) ProCare service – ie hadn't disassembled and cleaned the drive train. When I queried it, they told me I'd been keeping the bike so clean that the general service wasn't necessary; they didn't want to take my money for nothing. It's not often enough you hear that!
